Billion Electric Co., Ltd. provides energy solutions, primarily battery storage systems, to address power utilization challenges in industrial and commercial facilities.

Flexible system configurations are possible to suit the facility's purpose and operational objectives, including peak shaving, optimization of contracted power, demand response, emergency backup power, blackout countermeasures, and self-consumption of renewable energy.

Furthermore, it supports monitoring and control by local EMS, communication and integration with third-party EMS, and integration with solar power generation equipment, thereby supporting improved energy efficiency throughout the facility.

Manufacturing base



Battery product and module manufacturing

Our manufacturing base in Taiwan is engaged in the development, manufacturing, and system integration of battery modules, battery cabinets, and battery systems.


At this facility, an automated assembly line for battery modules has been established, and each process from cell acceptance and module assembly to system integration, inspection, and shipment is managed. Through tracking and recording of production data using MES (Manufacturing Execution System), and inspection and analysis of physical and electrical properties, improvements in product quality and traceability are continuously being promoted.


We integrate lithium battery materials, production, inspection, and module design to provide products with high cost performance and reliability. Leveraging our manufacturing system rooted in Taiwan's local supply chain, we support the supply of battery products that prioritize stability and reliability.

Our manufacturing facility in Taiwan has implemented an automated battery module assembly process, with quality control and inspections conducted at each stage.

Construction and operation track record


Shengda Electric Group has a proven track record in constructing and operating a variety of energy facilities, including large-scale energy storage systems, consumer-side batteries, solar power generation, and operation and management of energy facilities, primarily in Taiwan.


In particular, in the energy storage sector, we leverage our experience in the introduction and operation of grid-side and customer-side battery storage systems to build an operational management system that ensures high availability 24 hours a day.
