To maintain high quality, we have implemented rigorous inspections throughout the entire process, starting with acceptance inspections. On the production line, inspections are conducted twice every hour, and all finished products undergo strict checks. Before shipment, a final inspection report is required for each product. Furthermore, all product components are handled according to a strict quality assurance process to ensure quality that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
During the research and development and production planning phases, we implement a rigorous process that includes five verification phases. This process involves quality control, software and hardware re-verification, and customer-driven acceptance testing.
To guarantee high quality, reliability, and safety, in addition to in-house inspections, our products undergo final testing by external specialized testing organizations. To ensure quality, we strictly adhere to industry standards for 5G/Wi-Fi, PV inverters, CE, FCC, energy storage systems/ESS, EV charging stations, and more.
